1. What information is collected on this site?
   
   In order to provide our users with certain products or services on our Site, WESKEL Games and its affiliates may collect different types of information. In particular, we occasionally may need to collect certain types of personal information in order to provide our users with particular features, services or offers. “Personal Information” as used herein means information that identifies a person or allows a person to be located. 8. Special Provisions applicable to Children under 13.
   
   Although the Site is a general audience site, portions of the Site pertaining to WESKEL Games  may appeal to children under 13. In order to help protect children and to comply with applicable law, WESKEL Games takes special measures to protect the privacy of those under age 13 (“Children”). Therefore, the following provisions apply to that portion of the Site and to any user that WESKEL Games has actual knowledge is under 13:
